I was very happy with the first tour (Dubai) so I planned my Singapore & Bali holidays through VHT. Best things - Interaction with Manager @ VHT ( Komal ) she tirelessly replied to all our queries , polite, many times she responded late evening & was very professional. Minimum/No hassles during our tour , pick up-drop on time etc. were well coordinated. Flexible payment option provided; VHT did not put undue pressure & unnecessary follow up for the same. Properties given at Singapore & Bali were good, neat & clean. Cons - Since I was travelling with my 3 yrs old kid I had requested for hotel which is close to Indian restaurant however we were given hotel which was far from main city center (mustafa center) & In Bali there were no Indian restaurants nearby. It was a big problem taking kid & searching Indian restaurants , it not only created hassles but also added unnecessary expenses towards CABs, MRT etc. We had to pay extra towards VISA courier/delivery charges which were not informed before. Summary : Overall it was great experience & very well managed by Komal from VHT (except not having Indian restaurants nearby at both locations.) Will I repeat with VHT - Yes definitely (however I will be cautious of taking hotels as suggested by VHT & I will do some research on my own before finalizing)

Everything went great. Hotel transfers went very smooth. No waiting and all. No hidden charges. Took all inclusive package. Mr Prakash explained it properly. Definitely will go with him to my next trip.

Trip was very well planned.India team was very better special thanks to sunil who handle the trip very nicely but dubai team was very worst as they use to not respond anything about the trip..we had to take the efforts about asking everything as they dont bother to reply on time ..very bad service and very bad guiding from dubai team ..

It was an Amazing trip to Singapore with my Family. Thanks to Prakash from View Holiday Trip for detailed planning and ensure that I had minimum hassles. Prakash had to toll more than 3-4 days to get the best deal on flights which suited my requirements. Appreciate him for getting me the good deal here. The local travel partner in Singapore could have done a better job in ensuring the city tour complies 100% with what was agreed with VHT, Exact pickup point in the Airport is mentioned clearly and adhered to. Apart from it the travel partner was disciplined in timings and the guide gave useful information and drivers were friendly. I strongly recommend View Holiday trip to all. You will get the best deals and get the customer centric teams managing your trip.

Had a great well planned holiday in Hong Kong Macau . Priyanka managed it really nicely and was very helpful every step of the way. Recommended to all.

Trip was not organised properly. Indian team is little better but Dubai team is worst. They donot respond to your messages. There is lot of waiting time for everything. They didnot pick us from the hotel to airport when it was mentioned and included in the plan. At last minute as they are not responding we have to book a cab at hotel and rush to airport to reach in time. Will not recommend to anyone. Mr. Shrey from VHT could have done better.

Just came back from the Dubai trip. It was a wonderful experience as everything was planned as we wanted from flights to hotels to itinerary. The flights were just as we wanted and Special thanks to Sunil Kumar. He managed the cancellation in the return flight to Mumbai by himself and we had to nothing and provided us with the revised tickets. The hotel given to us was a 4 star hotel and it was too good. :) The itinerary was planned in a good way and we got enough time for shopping also. Just on the Dubai Mall day, there was so much to see in the Dubai Aquarium and underwater zoo and then we had to wait in big queue for Burj Khalifa. Because of the big queue we could not see the fountain show. Just if we had a earlier pick up so we could have managed to see everything without time constraints. Also on the Desert Safari day, the Desert Safari was awesome. But after that when we were taken to camp for BBQ dinner and rest of the activities, we reached late there and the starters got over. Also we had to bring the food and everything on our own so couldnot really enjoy the fire show, and belly dance. There was a separate section also where people had to just sit and the food was brought to them. It would have been better for us as we always senior citizen with us. All the rest was well planned. We really enjoyed the trip. Thanks alot. Highly recommend!!!
